General Contracting
Seppala Construction continues to complete construction contracts in the traditional manner of competitive bid from plans and specifications with a lump sum contract price. Our services under this arrangement are generally as outlined under the construction management method, however under this arrangement we do not provide detailed back-up of individual project costs.
Requisitions are submitted monthly using the standard AIA G702 requisition form based on the percentage of completion method. All other services are provided per the plans and specifications.
